Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s ready to jump into the creative process and help turn raw ideas into powerful, polished content — no experience required, just passion, discipline, and a love for media. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to organize production timelines, prepare equipment, and support pre-production tasks. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to help with editing audio and video, trimming footage, syncing sound, and adjusting color or effects. You’ll learn how to edit efficiently using tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve. We’ll guide you through creating storyboards, scripts, beat maps, and shot lists for planned content sessions. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll participate in feedback rounds, learning how to refine edits based on creative direction and client needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate the wins, study the flops, and keep producing content people actually want to watch or hear.
• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.
• Support talent on-set or in-studio by keeping the vibe positive and the vision clear.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.
• Champion storytelling and originality over just chasing trends or views.

Preferred:

• Able to manage deliverables for different platforms — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, or streaming platforms.
• Background or interest in media production, filmmaking, music production, or creative strategy.
• Experience managing the end-to-end production process for digital content, music, or video projects.
• Capable of coordinating post-production including editing, color grading, mixing, mastering, or captioning.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Ableton, or project management platforms like Notion or Trello.
