Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator who’s friendly, focused, and ready to help customers solve problems and get the answers they need — ideal for someone who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure. You’ll contact potential and existing customers to introduce offers, explain benefits, and guide them through purchase or signup processes. You’ll use web-based tools and scripts to assist with questions, resolve complaints, or guide customers through common processes. You’ll be trained to use diagnostic tools, scripts, and knowledge bases to identify and resolve common technical concerns. You’ll be responsible for managing your time, logging hours, and keeping call notes accurate and up to date after each interaction. You’ll escalate complex or unresolved cases to Tier 2 support teams while reassuring the customer along the way. You’ll respond calmly to callers who may be upset, confused, or facing urgent medical or financial situations. You’ll stay calm when users are frustrated, keeping your tone professional and your guidance simple and clear. You’ll help coordinate service appointments, policy renewals, or benefit changes depending on your assigned department.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account details.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep personal workstations tidy and secure.
• Document each interaction clearly in the system, including outcomes and follow-up steps.
• Use multiple systems or software tools at once while staying focused and clear on the call.
• Maintain a positive tone, even when dealing with difficult or frustrated callers.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving problems, providing support, and making a positive impression by phone.
• Capable of resolving complaints, processing orders, scheduling appointments, or providing product information over the phone.
• Able to adapt communication style depending on the customer's mood, tone, or language fluency.
• Comfortable working in high-volume call settings while maintaining a calm and helpful tone.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
