We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Trainee who’s eager to turn data into insight and numbers into strategy — no experience required, just strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail. You’ll help collect financial data, organize reports, and assist in preparing dashboards used by key stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to analyze trends, compare budgets vs. actuals, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. We’ll walk you through cash flow management, scenario modeling, and how to evaluate business performance using financial ratios. We’ll show you how financial decisions ripple through departments — from marketing to supply chain to HR. You’ll collaborate with other departments to gather context around numbers — and tell the full story behind the data. You’ll collaborate with accounting, operations, and strategy teams to gather data and verify assumptions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and operations to ensure financial alignment across the company.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and explain any variances from forecasts or budgets.
• Build financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability across different scenarios.
• Prepare presentations for board meetings, investor updates, or internal reviews.
• Maintain a curious mindset—ask why numbers changed, not just what changed.

Preferred:

• Comfortable with recurring tasks such as closing entries, reconciliations, and accrual reviews.
• Understands the fundamentals of capital budgeting, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a background in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• Proficient in Excel with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Can support due diligence, risk analysis, and market research for strategic planning.
