Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Online English Tutor to help students master the English language. You’ll be responsible for teaching English to students of all ages, providing personalized instruction based on their proficiency level. You’ll teach English to students of various levels, from beginners to advanced learners, helping them build vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. You’ll assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their language goals. You’ll help students with pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary building, and conversational English, adapting lessons to their interests. You’ll help students prepare for exams by reviewing practice tests, offering test-taking strategies, and addressing their concerns. You’ll foster a positive learning environment, making lessons enjoyable and engaging through interactive activities and exercises. You’ll track and monitor student performance, adjusting lesson content to ensure continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be available for scheduling flexibility—some students may prefer early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Stay patient and adaptable—some students need more time, repetition, or confidence-building to thrive.
• Assign homework, reading tasks, or writing exercises that reinforce class topics and support independent study.
• Create a safe learning space where mistakes are welcomed as part of growth, not something to fear.
• Ultimately, help learners feel more confident, fluent, and empowered to use English in real-world situations.

Preferred:

• Able to make classes interactive using games, visuals, or real-life examples.
• Comfortable teaching speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Familiar with teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or ClassIn.
• Able to tailor lessons to different levels — from beginner to advanced.
• Interested in continuous learning and improving teaching techniques.
