Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, maintaining control over inventory, shipping, and receiving at all times. You’ll manage a team with clarity, fairness, and clear expectations — because confusion slows everything down. You’ll take chaos, slap a label on it, and turn it into a workflow that actually works. You’ll lead with confidence, keeping your crew motivated, focused, and alert throughout the shift. You’ll walk the floor not just to supervise, but to understand every process and improve it. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll oversee all inbound and outbound activity, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ultimately, ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time—delivered safely, efficiently, and with accountability.
• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or cost savings within warehouse operations.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
• Comfortable leading both small and large teams depending on business size.
