Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who can bring static designs to life with seamless interactivity, clean structure, and pixel-perfect accuracy. You don’t just know how to use Webflow — you understand how to *build with intention*, creating fast, responsive, and scalable websites that not only look amazing but perform flawlessly. You treat classes, CMS collections, and interactions like tools in an artist’s kit, and you know when to keep it simple and when to push boundaries. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. You understand best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization — and you care about every detail, from heading hierarchy to load speed. You understand how to balance design aesthetics with UX best practices and aren’t afraid to offer suggestions that improve the final product. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Experiment with custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JS) when Webflow’s native features aren’t enough—but only when necessary.
• Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.
• Advise non-technical stakeholders on what's possible, what’s not, and how to get there within budget.
• Collaborate asynchronously—share updates in Notion, Slack, or Loom when live meetings aren't needed.

Preferred:

• Excited to work remotely on creative, fast-paced projects with global teams.
• Knows how to use integrations like Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost, or Finsweet libraries.
• Able to export clean code or integrate Webflow builds with third-party tools.
• Experience working with animations, scroll effects, and responsive layouts.
• Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
