Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our gig listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum exposure and success. You’ll manage and create gigs, making sure each one is appealing, well-structured, and aligned with Fiverr’s best practices. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and platform updates, implementing new strategies to stay competitive. You’ll optimize gig visibility through the use of strategic keywords, SEO practices, and Fiverr’s promotional tools. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Coordinate revisions, delivery timelines, and scope expectations to ensure high satisfaction and five-star reviews.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.

Preferred:

• Organized and proactive with task tracking, follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Values clarity, professionalism, and creative problem-solving in client relationships.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
• Experience using tools like Canva, Trello, or Google Sheets to organize workflows is a plus.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
