Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can blend artistic vision with wearable structure — someone who designs with intention, innovates through form, and tells stories through fabric and silhouette. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. From concept development to final fittings, you’ll shape every detail: proportion, structure, texture, and attitude. You’ll translate ideas into sketches, fabric choices, and garment prototypes that tell stories and provoke curiosity. You’ll be responsible for fabric research, color palette development, and finish selection that supports both sustainability and longevity. Expect to guide the process from initial idea to final production — including fittings, pattern revisions, and pre-launch styling. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. You’ll be involved in campaign art direction, lookbook styling, and show concepts to ensure the collection lives as a full experience. You’ll also consider cost, scale, and construction from the start — designing with both design integrity and commercial success in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, or fabric markets to source materials and spark inspiration.
• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.
• Work closely with brand managers, stylists, and merchandisers to align designs with the brand’s identity.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.
• Build strong relationships with fabric vendors, printing partners, and sample makers.

Preferred:

• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.
• Willing to work in fast-paced studio environments or participate in brand collaborations.
• Can sketch ideas both digitally and by hand to communicate creative direction.
• Understands how to balance artistic vision with budget constraints and target market demands.
• Organized in managing seasonal timelines, collection calendars, and line sheets.
