Description:

We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can bring fresh, viral content to life with just a few clicks. This isn’t about just throwing together clips — it’s about curating, editing, and crafting content that resonates with Instagram’s audience. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and creating engaging Reels that capture attention in the first few seconds and keep it until the very end. If you have an eye for trends and know how to tweak your content to stay relevant, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role. Your job will be to take raw footage and transform it into something eye-catching, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s voice. We need someone who can work quickly, edit on the fly, and still produce high-quality content that feels both polished and authentic.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay in sync with content calendars, campaigns, and real-time marketing moments.
• Edit multiple drafts if needed, quickly iterating based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Help develop recurring content series that can build audience expectations and brand consistency.
• Adapt videos for multi-platform use (e.g. TikTok, YouTube Shorts) while adjusting format as needed.
• Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.

Preferred:

• Currently studying media, design, communication, or a related creative field.
• Enjoys filming and editing both lifestyle and promotional content.
• Comfortable working with raw footage and selecting the most engaging clips.
• Experience editing short-form vertical videos for Instagram or similar platforms.
• Follows popular creators and keeps up with what’s performing well on Reels.
