Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll clean the exterior of cars using pressure washers, foam sprayers, brushes, and drying towels with speed and precision. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll be trained to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and long-handled tools when working on taller vehicles or roof areas. You’ll carefully inspect each vehicle before and after service to identify scratches, stains, or hidden debris that need extra attention. You’ll tape off sensitive areas before buffing and follow step-by-step methods to avoid swirl marks or damage. You’ll keep your tools, bottles, hoses, and tanks organized and fully stocked between visits. You’ll keep your workspace spotless and your tools clean and organized between vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Understand that a clean car is more than just appearance—it reflects service and care.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Be punctual and ready for physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
• Use the correct cleaning products and techniques based on vehicle type, paint, and interior materials.
• Assist with promotional events or special services when offered by the business.

Preferred:

• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.
• Experience washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles in a car wash, dealership, or valet service environment.
• Comfortable using pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Pays attention to product usage, chemical safety, and eco-friendly water-saving techniques where applicable.
• Able to complete services on time while maintaining quality standards.

You’ll explain services to customers, help with upgrades, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
