Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll lead the design process for collections that challenge norms, explore form, and communicate meaning through silhouette and material. From concept development to final fittings, you’ll shape every detail: proportion, structure, texture, and attitude. You’ll collaborate with product developers, sourcing managers, and garment technicians to ensure your designs balance beauty and practicality. We expect you to work closely with pattern makers and sample developers to explore structure, movement, and technical possibilities. You’ll experiment with new materials, sustainable options, and construction techniques that push fashion forward without losing touch with wearability. We’ll rely on your ability to merge personal inspiration with brand vision, delivering collections that are cohesive but never predictable. You’ll contribute to moodboards, print direction, and silhouette research for seasonal refreshes or capsule drops. You’ll guide fittings, make design refinements, and protect the core message of your work through every iteration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, or fabric markets to source materials and spark inspiration.
• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.
• Adapt designs based on production constraints, sustainability goals, or budget limitations.
• Communicate design choices clearly—why this cut, that fabric, or this button detail matters.

Preferred:

• Capable of maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across full capsule or runway collections.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
• Thrives in highly creative, hands-on environments where concept meets construction.
• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.
• Able to support fashion shows, lookbooks, or e-commerce shoots with creative styling and coordination.
