Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with our community to increase brand awareness and loyalty. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on engagement, growth, and performance data. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving conversions across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, best practices, and new platform features—because things change fast.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, or video editors to produce high-quality social media assets (posts, stories, reels, carousels).
• Report monthly with insights, wins, learnings, and suggested pivots—no vanity metrics, just actionable takeaways.
• Manage multiple accounts or regions when needed, ensuring cohesive messaging with localized nuance.

Preferred:

• Understands hashtag strategy, timing, and content pillars for audience growth.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
