We’re searching for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s excited to turn a love for people and travel into a meaningful, high-altitude career — no experience needed, just kindness, adaptability, and a desire to grow. You’ll learn how to manage the cabin environment, assist passengers with confidence, and create a sense of safety and calm on every flight. We’ll train you in aviation safety, first aid, and how to respond to in-flight emergencies with professionalism and care. You’ll assist with cabin preparation, luggage storage, and ensuring all passengers are safely secured for takeoff. Expect to manage food and beverage service, special requests, and occasional surprises — all with a steady smile. You’ll be taught how to deliver safety briefings, serve food and drinks, and manage special passenger requests. We’ll show you how to respond to turbulence, medical incidents, and emergency landings with confidence and clarity. You’ll practice offering personalized support, from comforting nervous flyers to helping families with small children. We’ll introduce you to emergency procedures, crew coordination, and using equipment like fire extinguishers and oxygen tanks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help with in-flight sales, customs documentation, or duty-free service where required.
• Perform post-flight duties such as reporting incidents, restocking supplies, and securing the cabin.
• Prepare for each flight by reviewing passenger lists, flight duration, and special instructions.
• Be flexible with changing schedules, overnight stays, and unexpected reroutes.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Cabin Crew, Purser, or Inflight Service Manager.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
• Capable of performing pre-flight checks, preparing the cabin, and completing detailed reports post-flight.
• Enjoys dynamic, high-energy environments where adaptability and resilience are essential.
• Comfortable traveling frequently and adapting to different time zones, cultures, and climates.
