Description:

We’re looking for a Web Designer Trainee who’s passionate about digital creativity and eager to learn how to build websites that feel as good as they look — no experience needed, just imagination and a willingness to grow. You’ll help design landing pages, product pages, and simple components that feel smooth, modern, and user-friendly. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of visual hierarchy, spacing, color theory, and how to design for responsiveness. You’ll learn to use tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces. Expect to collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and writers to bring campaigns and ideas to life visually. You’ll learn to think about both user needs and business goals when crafting every screen or interaction. We’ll guide you through UI principles, from button states to visual hierarchy to responsive spacing. You’ll assist in organizing design files, preparing assets, and contributing to brand consistency across web pages. We’ll help you gather feedback from users or stakeholders and adjust your designs accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Can deliver pixel-perfect assets and documentation for development handoff.
• Understands how to balance aesthetics with usability, performance, and content hierarchy.
• Knows how to optimize design assets for fast load times and clean visual presentation.
• Able to interpret creative briefs, mood boards, or analytics data into meaningful visual decisions.
• Willing to design for CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow when needed.
