We’re hiring Construction Worker Trainees — no experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll be on-site helping with everything from demolition and prep to framing, pouring, lifting, loading, and cleaning up. You’ll follow instructions, respect safety rules, and work with a team that counts on each other to get the job done right. You’ll be trained by skilled finishers who know their craft and will show you how to work neatly, evenly, and with pride in your result. You’ll show up on time, stay alert, and know that even small tasks — sweeping, measuring, moving materials — keep the project moving. Basic Qualifications:

• Operate basic tools and equipment including hammers, saws, drills, compactors, and forklifts under proper supervision.
• Be adaptable—job site needs change quickly and tasks may vary from one day to the next.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks and distribute them to appropriate areas on the site.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and show up on time ready to contribute to daily progress goals.
• Perform site clean-up duties such as removing debris, sweeping, disposing of waste, or managing temporary fencing.

Preferred:

• Knows how to operate basic site equipment like wheelbarrows, ladders, or scaffolding.
• Can assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or masons with their daily tasks.
• Shows up on time, ready to work, and maintains a reliable work ethic.
• Can take direction from supervisors and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Able to follow blueprints or verbal instructions from supervisors and foremen.
