Description:

We’re hiring Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees for brand videos, skits, YouTube content, and product-based storytelling — no acting background needed, just a clear voice and comfort on camera. You’ll help create TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that highlight skincare, wellness, fashion, productivity, and everyday moments that feel real and inspiring. We’ll guide you on how to make content that feels authentic, not overly polished — because real sells better than fake. You’ll work on lifestyle shoots, product videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and behind-the-scenes content for brands and creators. You’ll get coaching in tone control, pacing, body language, and how to build charisma through your delivery. You’ll learn how to take basic scripts or concepts and turn them into engaging moments that feel real and relatable. We’ll teach you how to work with natural light, mirrors, tight spaces, and quick outfit changes like a pro. You’ll also gain experience in walking, transitions, and looking confident even when you don’t feel it yet — that’s part of the craft. Some shoots will be posed, others improvised — and you’ll get better at both with every session.

Basic Qualifications:

• Engage with your audience by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
• Post regularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube using strategic timing and hashtags.
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and audience sentiment.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas and bring creative suggestions to the table.

Preferred:

• Comfortable performing on camera and expressing a range of emotions or moods naturally.
• Willing to travel for shoots, castings, or brand events depending on project scope.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Ambassador, Commercial Talent, or Full-Time Influencer.
• Comfortable working in studio or on-location shoots with fast-paced schedules and tight timelines.
• Values creativity, professionalism, and versatility in front of the camera.
