Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent delays. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. Working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams is part of your routine. You’ll collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce inefficiencies. You’ll oversee the logistics documentation, including customs forms, shipment tracking, and invoices, ensuring everything is properly filed. You love spreadsheets, but you also know when a quick phone call gets results faster. You’ll manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, import/export declarations, and delivery receipts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Balance speed, cost, and quality across shipping decisions to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics when needed—ensuring smooth handling of returned goods.

Preferred:

• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while staying calm and methodical.
