We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to join our fast-paced digital agency — no experience needed, just raw creativity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn. You’ll dive into real projects from day one — supporting campaign launches, social media content, and branded visuals across multiple platforms. We’ll teach you how to design for speed, clarity, and conversion — without sacrificing style or originality. You’ll learn to use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva with purpose, not just aesthetics. You’ll learn how to follow brand guidelines, take feedback constructively, and improve your designs with each round. You’ll be part of a creative crew that thrives on bold visuals, smart strategy, and trend-aware thinking. You’ll observe how creative teams brainstorm, pitch, and revise ideas — and how collaboration brings designs to life. We’ll help you build a strong design process: research, sketching, wireframing, execution, and final delivery. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Receive feedback without ego and apply it thoughtfully to improve your designs.
• Create eye-catching designs for digital and print—social media, ads, packaging, you name it.
• Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision—even if they don’t speak 'design'.
• Be the one who always notices when something's a pixel off (and fix it).
• Design for real-world impact, not just aesthetics—your visuals should convert, clarify, or communicate.

Preferred:

• Open to A/B testing visuals and using analytics to iterate on design performance.
• Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
• Familiar with accessibility best practices in visual content (contrast, readability, alt text).
• Familiar with preparing files for print production and ensuring correct resolutions, bleeds, and formats.
• Values creativity, clarity, and storytelling in visual communication.
