Description:
We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll work hands-on with emerging and established talent, helping them unlock their voice, refine their sound, and translate their stories into compelling music. You’ll lead creative direction in the studio — shaping melody, tone, arrangement, and space with both instinct and strategy. We expect you to bring your own musical instincts to the table, while also adapting to the vision and voice of each artist. You’ll direct recording sessions with confidence, coaching vocalists, guiding instrumental takes, and creating a comfortable creative space. You’ll also be hands-on with sound design, beat creation, and digital editing to ensure the track hits emotionally and technically. You’ll manage stems, sessions, file delivery, and naming conventions across fast-moving deadlines and feedback loops. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. We value your ability to balance inspiration with discipline — giving artists freedom, but also knowing when to push for more.
Basic Qualifications:
- Organize and name stems, session files, and backups to keep the workflow smooth.
- Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.
- Use DAWs like Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or FL Studio to record, edit, and produce tracks.
- Oversee the full music production process—from concept to final mix and master.
- Oversee or assist with sound design for brand content, games, or short-form video.
Preferred:
- Able to guide artists in vocal performance, harmonies, and lyric delivery during recording sessions.
- Organized with session file management, plugin presets, and version control for collaborative workflows.
- Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
- Comfortable building beats, composing melodies, arranging tracks, and finalizing mixes.
- Familiar with sound selection, sampling, and using VSTs, synths, or hardware to craft original sounds.
Benefits:
- Collaborate with artists, creators, and storytellers across genres and continents.
- Mental health > output — we’ll never guilt you for taking a break.
- Opportunities to co-create with influencers, directors, and animators.
- Your work, your pace — no micromanagement, no ghost production.
- We don't believe in genre limits — experiment, blend, distort, remix.
We value producers who move fast but never feel rushed — and who care about tone, timing, and texture in every beat. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in frequencies and arrangements — and who knows when to build up or strip down a track for maximum impact. You should be fluent in your DAW, flexible in your approach, and comfortable in both solo production and team collaboration settings. We value producers who build trust with artists, not just hits — and who understand the long game of creative partnerships. We value producers who are collaborative, clear, and obsessed with detail — from bass tone to song arc. You’ll bring confidence, humility, taste, and a calm head into every project you touch. If you believe production is both a craft and a conversation — and want your sound to be part of something lasting — we’d love to hear what you bring. Let’s produce music that feels like truth and sounds like forever. Let’s produce music that moves, surprises, and endures.
