Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee — no professional experience required, just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to bring ideas to life visually. You’ll start by working with product designers to create wireframes, mockups, and polished interface components. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. You’ll assist in creating assets for launches, editorials, seasonal drops, and influencer collaborations. Expect quick turnarounds, brainstorms with wild ideas, and constant inspiration from the team around you. We’ll show you how to take content ideas and turn them into visuals people want to save, share, and remember. You’ll learn to adapt visual direction to different platforms — Instagram, email, website banners, printed cards, and more. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take raw content—text, data, photos—and turn it into something people actually want to look at.
• Animate simple assets (if needed) for social or web using After Effects or similar.
• Adapt and refine concepts based on team feedback, client input, or changing requirements.
• Proof your work for errors and polish every pixel before handing it off.
• Archive files neatly so nothing gets lost six months later when someone needs it again.

Preferred:

• Excited to stay current with design trends, tools, and evolving visual languages.
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.
• Able to create custom illustrations, infographics, icons, or social media assets from scratch.
• Pays attention to brand consistency and able to work within established style guides.
• Knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
