Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll work closely with artists, writers, and engineers to shape the sonic direction of songs, EPs, or full albums. You’ll build arrangements that support the voice, elevate the lyrics, and create a unique signature for every track. We expect you to lead with vision — knowing when to take risks and when to let silence speak louder than sound. You’ll manage sessions with empathy and focus, keeping momentum while giving artists room to explore and be vulnerable. You’ll collaborate with editors, voiceover teams, visual artists, and motion designers to ensure sonic and visual alignment. You’ll manage stems, sessions, file delivery, and naming conventions across fast-moving deadlines and feedback loops. We’ll rely on you to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with both artistic goals and commercial viability. You’ll be hands-on in DAWs, plugins, and synths — but you’ll also know when to strip it all back to one vocal and a piano.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle feedback gracefully from labels, clients, or collaborators—even if it stings.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.
• Mentor emerging artists or junior producers when possible.
• Balance creativity with technical execution—great beats still need clean mixes.
• Manage studio sessions, keeping artists focused, inspired, and on schedule.

Preferred:

• Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
• Experience producing music across genres such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, or cinematic depending on artist or project needs.
• Open to working on commissioned projects, sync briefs, or content for ads, games, and film.
• Willing to manage entire music production pipelines — from demo to final bounce and delivery.
• Able to guide artists in vocal performance, harmonies, and lyric delivery during recording sessions.
