We’re hiring a Digital Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of function and feeling — someone who believes great design quietly solves problems while leaving a lasting impression. You won’t just be designing UI elements — you’ll be contributing to the strategy behind product decisions, ensuring that every flow, feature, and micro-interaction serves a real user need. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring features to life with interfaces that are not only beautiful but highly functional. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UIs that are responsive, accessible, and rooted in real user feedback. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool, your work brings clarity, consistency, and delight to the experience. You understand design systems and love the idea of making things scalable and consistent without stifling creativity. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present and communicate your design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Organize design files, document decisions, and make collaboration easy for other team members.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and smoothly.
• Stay organized, manage priorities across multiple features, and meet deadlines without losing quality.

Preferred:

• Values design ethics, clarity, and consistency across the user journey.
• Knows how to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
• Follows other designers and product teams for inspiration and improvement.
• Interested in staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
