Description:

We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Trainee to help us understand the story behind the numbers — no experience required, just strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. You’ll help collect financial data, organize reports, and assist in preparing dashboards used by key stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to build dynamic models that support everything from pricing decisions to hiring plans. You’ll assist in forecasting revenue, tracking expenses, and helping managers stay on top of their budgets. Expect to take part in budget planning, forecast reviews, and variance analyses under the guidance of senior analysts. You’ll be introduced to budgeting cycles, forecasting methods, and real-time financial monitoring tools. We’ll guide you through interpreting performance variances and understanding what they really mean. We’ll guide you through revenue modeling, cash flow basics, and how businesses manage financial risk. We’ll show you how to create dashboards and summary reports that simplify complex financial insights. You’ll also learn how to communicate with clarity, tailoring your message to non-financial teammates or leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to strategic planning by modeling long-term financial scenarios and business plans.
• Stay updated on GAAP standards, regulatory changes, and internal financial policies.
• Help streamline reporting processes by building templates or automating workflows.
• Create clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Track market trends, competitor performance, and economic shifts to provide context in recommendations.

Preferred:

• Able to interpret data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable using financial software such as Bloomberg, Power BI, QuickBooks, or ERP systems like SAP.
• Familiar with financial regulations, compliance reporting, and audit preparation workflows.
• Comfortable with recurring tasks such as closing entries, reconciliations, and accrual reviews.
• Organized in handling multiple projects, tight deadlines, and recurring reporting schedules.
