We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll offer haircuts, color services, treatments, and styling with a modern approach and a high attention to detail. You’ll begin each session with a thoughtful consultation, focusing not just on looks but on lifestyle and hair health. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll help guide clients through changes, whether it’s their first bold color or a subtle refresh that lifts their confidence. You’ll stay current on new trends and professional products, experimenting with styles that keep your work modern and exciting. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll work alongside other stylists in a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and good energy are part of the culture. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Promote new services, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers to boost client engagement.
• Handle feedback or concerns gracefully, offering adjustments or touch-ups when necessary.
• Work efficiently without rushing—quality and timing both matter in a busy salon.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the salon’s standards.

Preferred:

• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
• Enjoys helping people feel confident and look their best through personalized styling.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Organized with scheduling, product inventory, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
