Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our production team — someone reliable, mechanically minded, and focused on keeping manufacturing lines running smoothly and safely. You’ll work in one of three shifts — morning, evening, or night — depending on the production schedule and staffing needs. You’ll operate machinery that processes raw materials, assembles parts, or packages finished products with accuracy and speed. You’ll monitor gauges, temperatures, and pressure indicators to ensure operations stay within safety tolerances. You’ll perform regular quality checks — inspecting products for defects, alignment, and labeling accuracy. You’ll document machine output, downtime, and quality control data in digital systems as part of production tracking. You’ll work from technical manuals, visual diagrams, or on-screen prompts to follow exact procedures with minimal supervision. You’ll help detect mechanical issues early by listening for irregular sounds, monitoring screen alerts, or noticing workflow disruptions. You’ll rotate through hot zones, cool-down stations, and prep areas while following strict PPE requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Attend safety briefings, team meetings, or training sessions as required by management.
  • Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products for packaging or inspection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, free of safety hazards and unnecessary clutter.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production orders, product types, or equipment adjustments.
  • Support a team-driven environment built on communication, safety, and reliability.

Preferred:

  • Able to spot irregularities, product defects, or unsafe conditions quickly and take appropriate action.
  • Background or interest in industrial operations, mechanical systems, or manufacturing processes.
  • Understands the importance of minimizing downtime, waste, and safety risks on the factory floor.
  • Willing to cross-train on different machines or departments to support flexible production needs.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Line Supervisor, CNC Operator, or Quality Control Technician.

Benefits:

  • Clear performance expectations — you’ll know exactly what’s expected of you and how to succeed.
  • Competitive pay — your role in the production process is valued and fairly compensated.
  • Work that challenges you — no two days are the same, and you’ll face new production goals and challenges.
  • Support for work-life balance — we respect your personal time and help you manage your schedule.
  • A stable career path in a growing industry — manufacturing is essential, and there will always be a need for skilled operators.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized work area by following housekeeping schedules and waste management protocols. You’ll participate in safety drills, team briefings, and scheduled training even if your shift occurs during non-standard hours. You’ll help maintain production flow during weekends or holidays if scheduled, receiving proper shift differentials when applicable. You’ll participate in daily briefings, safety reviews, and ongoing operator training sessions. You’ll work as part of a disciplined team where timing, accuracy, and communication are essential. You’ll be expected to stand, move, and focus for long shifts — often around moving parts and loud environments. Previous experience with industrial automation or production equipment is a strong plus. If you’re ready to power production day and night and be a vital link in the chain, we’re ready to bring you onboard full-time. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
