Description:

We’re seeking a Psychologist / Personal Development Coach Trainee who is passionate about mental clarity, emotional resilience, and the power of guided transformation — no experience required, only a strong desire to learn and serve. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll help organize resources on stress management, goal-setting, motivation, and emotional regulation. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll participate in mock sessions, help prepare reflection exercises, and study how people respond to different coaching styles. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. You’ll help research motivational models, resilience strategies, and the psychology of habit change.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design and lead workshops, webinars, or training programs focused on mindset, resilience, and life skills.
• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.
• Celebrate small wins along the way—it helps clients stay motivated and proud.
• Help people identify limiting beliefs and replace them with constructive narratives.
• Adapt your communication style to suit different personalities, cultures, and learning types.

Preferred:

• Experienced in creating content such as blogs, guides, or social media posts related to mental well-being or coaching.
• Familiar with common challenges in modern life: burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or lack of purpose.
• Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
• Thrives in supportive, people-focused environments where change and insight are celebrated.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
