Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with product teams, UX designers, and developers to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll work closely with the UX team to translate user research into design solutions that improve user experience. You’ll assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all projects. You’ll work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with the highest quality standards. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive, providing an optimal experience across all devices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help build or evolve a design system—ensuring buttons, inputs, cards, and layouts are cohesive and reusable.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn wireframes and requirements into polished UI mockups and clickable prototypes.
• Participate in user testing or UX reviews to gather insights and refine flows for better usability and clarity.
• Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.
• Help QA designs post-development—comparing live implementations to mockups and flagging mismatches.

Preferred:

• Able to create and maintain reusable components and auto-layout structures.
• Can create design documentation, style guides, or visual specs within Figma.
• Stays updated with the latest Figma features, community plugins, and UI trends.
• Proficient in Figma with experience designing user interfaces, prototypes, and design systems.
• Knows how to collaborate in shared Figma files using comments, version history, and real-time editing.
