We’re looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk who understands that hospitality starts long before a guest reaches their room. You’ll welcome travelers from around the world and make their stay feel personal from the very first “Hello. ” Your job is part concierge, part problem-solver, and part memory-maker — and you wear each role with ease. You’ll check people in and out, manage reservations, answer phones, and handle payments with ease and accuracy. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and make local recommendations like a true concierge. You’ll know how to turn a double-booked room into a moment of service recovery that builds loyalty. m. You’ll help travelers feel at home, whether they’re staying one night or one week. You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to make sure every room meets expectations — and then some. Your front desk will run smoothly, quietly, and with a professionalism that makes everything feel effortless. You’ll use our property management system like a pro, but your real power is in making people feel cared for.
Basic Qualifications:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude as they arrive—checking them in efficiently and confirming reservation details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms are clean, available, and guest needs are met.
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, stocked, and professional—creating a welcoming first impression at all times.
- Work with hotel management to handle group bookings, VIP arrivals, or event-related accommodations smoothly.
- Ultimately, create a seamless, stress-free, and memorable guest experience—from first greeting to final goodbye.
Preferred:
- Can collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for smooth operations.
- Wants to grow into roles like Front Office Supervisor, Guest Services Manager, or Hotel Manager.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where every detail matters.
