Description:
We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who designs with intent, leads with empathy, and always keeps the end-user in focus. In this role, you won’t just be designing screens; you’ll be shaping how real people experience our product. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant solutions that scale. You ask the right questions, map out user journeys, and turn vague product requirements into intuitive interfaces that feel simple, even when they’re solving complex problems. You believe design is more than aesthetics — it's about making people feel confident, understood, and in control when they interact with a product. You design with intention — using hierarchy, typography, and space not just to make things pretty, but to make them *work*. You’re thoughtful, detail-obsessed, and approach feedback with a collaborative mindset, always striving to find the best solution — not just your solution. You know how to give and receive feedback like a pro, and you believe the best ideas often come from collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Design with empathy, considering edge cases, accessibility, and diverse user perspectives.
- Use components and constraints wisely to speed up workflow while maintaining a polished result.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Help onboard junior designers or cross-functional teammates by sharing best practices and giving feedback.
- Contribute to strategic discussions around product direction, user needs, and design impact.
Preferred:
- Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excited to work on end-to-end product experiences from ideation to delivery.
- Experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
- Understands basic HTML/CSS or has experience working closely with developers.
- Willing to explore feedback from users and adapt designs to real-world needs.
Benefits:
- You’ll work on real features that ship, not endless redesigns of the login page.
- We celebrate beautiful UI and usable UX equally — both get you claps.
- You’ll build things people actually enjoy using — not just click through.
- We prototype fast, test fast, and iterate — no eternal Figma limbo.
- User interviews, product analytics, and feedback loops — all available to you.
You know that motion and interaction design aren’t nice-to-haves — they’re essential tools to guide and delight users. You welcome critique as a way to refine, not defend, and you treat collaboration as an essential part of the process — not a checkpoint. If you’ve ever obsessed over the spacing in a button label or celebrated shaving a step off a user flow, you’ll fit right in. Let’s design products that aren’t just usable — they’re loved. Let’s create digital experiences people don’t just tolerate — they love. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
