Description:

We’re hiring new faces for content creation — Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees with zero experience but strong presence, energy, and comfort on camera. You’ll be part of photoshoots, short-form video campaigns, and editorial content where presence matters more than perfection. We’re not looking for perfection — just natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to follow direction and adapt in front of the lens. You’ll work on lifestyle shoots, product videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and behind-the-scenes content for brands and creators. Expect to shoot for social media, e-commerce, print, and reels that need both elegance and energy. You’ll learn how to take basic scripts or concepts and turn them into engaging moments that feel real and relatable. ” Some content will be scripted, others spontaneous — you’ll get better at flowing naturally and finding beauty in the small things. Some scenes will be funny, others emotional or straightforward — you’ll learn how to adapt and stay believable in all of them. Some days you’ll be in sweats, others dressed up — you’ll adapt to the brand while staying true to your personal energy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be open to feedback and always strive to improve your craft on and off camera.
• Stay authentic to your audience while balancing commercial expectations.
• Engage with your audience by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
• Maintain your appearance, energy, and health to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Adapt your look, tone, or performance depending on the campaign style and audience.

Preferred:

• Can memorize lines, deliver voiceovers, or improvise naturally during shoots when needed.
• Open to feedback and capable of adjusting performance or posing based on real-time direction.
• Understands how to self-promote using reels, behind-the-scenes content, or trend participation.
• Can maintain a professional social media image aligned with client expectations.
• Values creativity, professionalism, and versatility in front of the camera.
