Description:

We’re seeking a Remote Branding Consultant who can craft impactful branding strategies that elevate businesses in a competitive market. You’ll collaborate with clients to define their brand identity, guiding them through the process of articulating their values and mission. You’ll guide clients through brand positioning, voice development, and messaging that resonates with their target audience. You’ll help clients create compelling brand stories that highlight their unique value proposition and connect with customers emotionally. You’ll advise on how to refine brand positioning and differentiation strategies, helping businesses stand out in their industry. You’ll collaborate with clients to develop brand stories that effectively communicate who they are and why they matter. You’ll conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform branding decisions. You’ll help clients build a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across digital platforms, including social media and websites. You’ll assess and improve clients’ current branding strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas to innovate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver presentations, Loom walkthroughs, or PDF summaries that explain strategy clearly and persuasively.
• Work with freelancers or internal teams (designers, content creators, marketers) to align execution with strategy.
• Develop brand strategies that cover voice, positioning, storytelling, and visual alignment across platforms.
• Create brand tone-of-voice guidelines and sample copy that shows how to communicate across different contexts.
• Above all, help brands show up in the world with clarity, confidence, and cohesion—because great branding builds trust.

Preferred:

• Enjoys working with clients to uncover their purpose and translate it visually and verbally.
• Comfortable conducting brand audits and identifying areas for improvement or differentiation.
• Able to translate business goals into clear messaging and visual direction.
• Can create branding deliverables such as moodboards, brand voice guides, or social templates.
• Can audit social presence and make recommendations for brand consistency and engagement.
