We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll perform deep cleaning of both interiors and exteriors, restoring cars to like-new condition for customers, dealers, or resale. You’ll wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, wipe dashboards, and shine windows with precision and consistency. You’ll vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and freshen up seats without needing access to fixed facilities. You’ll be trained to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and long-handled tools when working on taller vehicles or roof areas. You’ll help move vehicles in and out of wash bays or drying areas, ensuring proper spacing and flow of traffic. You’ll tape off sensitive areas before buffing and follow step-by-step methods to avoid swirl marks or damage. You’ll rotate between wash bays, delivery prep, showroom wipe-downs, and auction-ready cleanings depending on daily tasks. You’ll keep your workspace spotless and your tools clean and organized between vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if unsure about a product or procedure.
• Be punctual and ready for physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent damage to vehicles, tools, or yourself.
• Wear appropriate attire and safety gear like gloves or waterproof shoes as needed.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in automotive care, detailing, or customer service roles.
• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.
• Pays attention to product usage, chemical safety, and eco-friendly water-saving techniques where applicable.
• Comfortable using pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Able to clean vehicle exteriors and interiors using appropriate soaps, tools, and detailing products.
