Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help create and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. You’ll be responsible for crafting email copy, designing templates, and scheduling campaigns across various email platforms. You’ll assist in creating visually appealing email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients. You’ll help manage and segment email lists to target the right audience with personalized, relevant content. You’ll help create engaging email copy and design layouts that capture the reader’s attention and encourage action. You’ll assist with the implementation of A/B testing to optimize subject lines, messaging, and design for better results. You’ll ensure that all emails are optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience for all recipients. You’ll work with email automation tools to set up and monitor workflows that nurture leads and engage customers at key touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Ultimately, help the brand connect with people in a human, helpful, and high-performing way—one email at a time.
• Write or edit subject lines, preview text, and email copy that matches brand tone and drives opens and clicks.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns effective.
• Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and link functionality before scheduling any emails—mistakes happen, but not on your watch.

Preferred:

• Knows how to organize and tag subscribers based on actions or interests.
• Knows how to write clear subject lines, preview text, and CTAs that drive engagement.
• Open to learning how to build drip campaigns and behavior-based automations.
• Values clear communication, thoughtful timing, and audience-centric messaging.
• Comfortable creating and formatting newsletters, campaign emails, and automated flows.
