Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to help keep vehicles spotless, protected, and ready to impress — perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and pays close attention to detail. You’ll clean exteriors using pressure washers, extendable brushes, degreasers, and industrial soap solutions to remove heavy grime and buildup. You’ll vacuum interiors, wipe down dashboards, clean windows, and remove trash to leave cabins fresh and guest-ready. You’ll apply wax, ceramic coatings, tire dressings, and interior conditioners depending on the detailing package selected. You’ll be trained to use buffers, extractors, steamer machines, and fine-detail brushes to achieve professional-level results. You’ll work with new arrivals from transport trucks, removing stickers, cleaning protective wraps, and restoring shine. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor water pressure, chemical usage, and equipment performance throughout the cleaning process. You’ll help stage vehicles for cleaning, back them out safely after washing, and assist in organizing fleet rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver top-quality service that keeps customers returning and recommending the business.
• Vacuum interiors, wipe dashboards, and clean floor mats to give the car a fresh look and feel.
• Keep an eye on water usage and cleaning material levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Take pride in making each car look its best, from economy models to luxury vehicles.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).
• Familiar with customer service basics and willing to greet clients or answer simple questions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and staying on task during busy periods.
• Enjoys making cars look spotless and seeing immediate results of hands-on effort.
• Follows safety rules and uses protective gear such as gloves or eye protection as needed.

You’ll be encouraged to upsell services like deep cleaning, waxing, or air fresheners to boost your earnings. You’ll photograph before-and-after shots for customer satisfaction or portfolio use if needed. No prior detailing experience required — just patience, sharp eyes, and a steady hand.
