Description:

We’re hiring a creative and enthusiastic Community Manager to help grow, engage, and support our online community. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster positive interactions, encourage engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. You’ll create engaging content for social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, encouraging interaction and participation. You’ll manage social media accounts, create content, and schedule posts that encourage community interaction and increase brand awareness. You’ll track community sentiment, provide insights on trends and feedback, and work with the marketing team to enhance the community experience. You’ll track and analyze community engagement metrics, using data to adjust strategies and improve community experiences. You’ll resolve community issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive atmosphere. You’ll help build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the community and increase brand awareness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Monitor discussions to ensure they stay respectful, on-topic, and aligned with community guidelines—stepping in calmly when moderation is needed.
  • Collaborate with social or content teams to amplify community voices and achievements.
  • Create community highlights, recaps, or newsletters that showcase what’s happening and celebrate members.
  • Develop onboarding flows and welcome experiences that make new members feel seen, included, and excited to participate.
  • Respond to questions or concerns in a timely, helpful manner—becoming the voice of support and positivity in the space.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in community building, brand engagement, digital communication, or support.
  • Able to write and schedule posts, newsletters, or polls that spark meaningful interaction.
  • Able to monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report insights to internal teams.
  • Familiar with content planning, announcements, and organizing community events or campaigns.
  • Familiar with basic analytics — tracking engagement, growth, and retention trends.

You’ll assist in building relationships with customers and users, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams. You’ll assist in creating loyalty programs, contests, and other engagement tactics to reward active community members. You’ll report on community growth, engagement metrics, and feedback, suggesting improvements for future strategies. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while driving community growth and engagement.
