Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support daily e-commerce operations. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or returns. You’ll help monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers to purchase. You’ll assist with managing product categories, optimizing product pages for search engines, and maintaining a clean online storefront. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and other marketing strategies for online sales. You’ll manage product categorization, ensuring the website is organized and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track and report on store performance metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with remote teams—updating status, asking questions, and reporting blockers clearly.
• Stay informed about platform updates, policy changes, or algorithm shifts that may impact store visibility or operations.
• Assist with international store variations (local pricing, translations, shipping rules) if applicable.
• Assist with order issues such as refunds, returns, or damaged items—ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred:

• Able to assist with customer inquiries, order status updates, and basic returns or refunds.
• Familiar with CMS platforms and understands how to update homepage banners, collections, or promotions.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
• Knows how to research competitors and suggest updates for SEO or pricing strategy.
• Comfortable updating product availability, seasonal inventory, and promotional banners.
