We’re seeking a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who lives for forging genuine connections in the digital realm. You’ll identify and connect with influencers who genuinely align with our brand’s message and vision. Your role is all about personalized, meaningful outreach that feels authentic and not sales-y. You’ll balance creativity with strategy, tailoring your approach based on each influencer’s unique style and audience. You’ll craft messages that are tailored, human, and compelling — catching the attention of top creators. You’ll align with our content and growth teams to make sure collaborations happen at the right time and with the right message. You’ll communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and set expectations that lead to smooth, successful campaigns. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll evaluate influencers based on more than just numbers — you’ll focus on engagement and authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and influencer culture so your outreach stays relevant and natural.
• Track and report key campaign metrics to marketing leads: reach, engagement, link clicks, conversions, and earned media value.
• Track influencer content performance (views, engagement, clicks) and compile reports to show ROI and insights.
• Follow up consistently with influencers—without being annoying—to move collaborations forward and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs, and timelines, ensuring influencers have everything they need to deliver on-brand content.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
• Background or interest in influencer marketing, communications, or digital branding.
• Excited to help brands grow through authentic and mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Understands the importance of fit — not just followers — in influencer selection.
• Pays attention to tone, clarity, and relationship-building when writing outreach messages.
