Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee with a passion for digital products — no experience required, just curiosity and a desire to learn UX/UI from the ground up. You’ll help bring our brand to life across lookbooks, packaging, social posts, and digital campaigns. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems — using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Your first tasks will include resizing assets, creating social media graphics, and supporting ongoing brand projects. You’ll sit in on user interviews, product meetings, and feedback sessions to understand how design solves real problems. Expect to assist on real projects for real clients — from marketing campaigns to internal visuals and product design support. We’ll guide you through the entire process — from mood boards and concept sketches to final exports and performance review. You’ll learn the difference between “beautiful” and “usable” — and how great design blends both. Every week, you’ll level up your skills: typography, layout, color theory, social formats, and brand voice adaptation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
• Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand over time.
• Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.
• Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.
• Receive feedback without ego and apply it thoughtfully to improve your designs.

Preferred:

• Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams, content creators, and developers on cross-functional projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma and Canva.
• Enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, memorable, and visually pleasing experiences.
• Able to create custom illustrations, infographics, icons, or social media assets from scratch.
