Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who blends aesthetics with purpose — someone who can shape spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel intentional, functional, and alive. You’ll lead design projects from concept development through execution, focusing on both aesthetic excellence and functional outcomes. From first sketch to final placement, you’ll lead the creative process and bring your vision to life with clarity and confidence. We expect you to balance creativity with research — understanding the behavior of users, the needs of the brand, and the practical limits of space. You’ll develop mood boards, floor plans, and 3D visuals that help clients imagine the life they’ll live in each space. You’ll oversee material selection, furniture curation, and lighting strategy, making sure each decision supports the bigger story. We’ll rely on your ability to communicate design thinking with confidence, clarity, and visual storytelling. You’ll be responsible for space planning, zoning, and navigating codes and accessibility requirements. You’ll also help clients see possibilities they never imagined — then show them how to make it real.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep clients informed and excited, even when inevitable delays or revisions occur.
• Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max for precision and presentation.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help visualize design ideas clearly.
• Deliver spaces that reflect both your creative touch and the client's personality.
• Balance aesthetics with practicality—beautiful spaces still need to function day to day.

Preferred:

• Able to manage vendor communications, sample ordering, and client approvals during the design process.
• Capable of adjusting concepts to accommodate lighting conditions, spatial constraints, or structural challenges.
• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
• Can manage multiple client projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving scope or feedback.
• Comfortable working within space planning, lighting design, and furniture layout principles.
