Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create visually compelling designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms, even if you’re not the “lead” on a given project.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.
• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.

Preferred:

• Open to learning new tools, plugins, or trends to improve workflow.
• Able to follow briefs and turn rough ideas into polished visuals.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-friendly, and remote-first environment.
• Familiar with design collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Google Drive.
