Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s eager to turn ideas into engaging visual and audio content — no experience needed, just passion, focus, and a desire to create. You’ll support the production of videos, music tracks, and digital content from idea to final export. We’ll teach you how to structure stories, set up gear, and build timelines that keep projects on track. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to support editing tasks like cutting footage, syncing voiceovers, adding transitions, or adjusting levels and timing. You’ll use tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or Ableton Live — we’ll help you get comfortable with each step. We’ll guide you through layering music, transitions, captions, effects, and animations to keep viewers engaged. You’ll assist in sound mixing, beat matching, and basic mastering for music or voiceover-based content. You’ll also learn how to plan shoots, create moodboards, and scout visuals or audio that enhance a story.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.
• Scout locations, book talent, and secure gear or licenses needed for filming or recording.
• Ensure all content meets visual, audio, and storytelling standards before publishing.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.
• Build relationships with freelancers and vendors you can rely on when deadlines are tight.

Preferred:

• Values creativity, collaboration, and consistency in bringing ideas to life.
• Capable of coordinating post-production including editing, color grading, mixing, mastering, or captioning.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Pays attention to story arc, tone, pacing, and engagement when reviewing final outputs.
