Description:

We’re hiring a remote Etsy Shop Manager who can keep things running smoothly while helping our brand grow creatively and strategically. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings to customer service, ensuring the shop looks sharp and runs smoothly. You’ll write compelling product descriptions, choose the best tags, and optimize every listing for search visibility. You understand how Etsy’s algorithm works and aren’t afraid to test and tweak until things click. You’re comfortable analyzing Etsy analytics and turning numbers into actions that grow revenue and engagement. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’ll also work closely with our production or design team to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. This role requires someone who can take initiative, notice small issues before they become big problems, and communicate clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build a customer list for remarketing or future product launches using Etsy tools or integrations.
• Track expenses, revenue, and profit margins—especially if managing physical goods or fulfillment services.
• Research competitors and successful shops to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.
• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.
• Stay current on Etsy algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and marketplace policies.

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop for product imagery.
• Can handle order management, shipping updates, and customer communication professionally.
• Values great customer service, product presentation, and building loyal buyers.
