Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR operations, handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll play an essential role in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and helping to select top talent. You’ll be the go-to person for all employee inquiries, offering support in everything from time off requests to career development questions. You’ll manage and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements. You’ll help track employee data, manage attendance, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You’ll assist with employee performance reviews and personal development plans, helping employees achieve their full potential. You’ll be an advocate for a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and addressing concerns as they arise. You’ll coordinate internal communications and act as the point of contact for all HR-related questions. You’ll also help with compliance, ensuring that the company follows labor laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Support remote onboarding workflows by preparing checklists, provisioning accounts, and ensuring new hires feel welcome from day one.
- Collaborate with People Ops, recruiters, or external vendors as needed, maintaining smooth communication and follow-through.
- Respond to Slack, email, or ticket-based inquiries quickly and clearly—remote employees rely on timely info.
- Help create a positive, inclusive remote work culture—because HR isn't just admin, it's how people experience the company.
- Assist in maintaining internal HR documentation, such as policies, handbooks, org charts, and FAQ pages.

You’ll be expected to maintain confidentiality, show empathy, and approach every challenge with a problem-solving mindset.
