Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our distribution center — ideal for someone who’s dependable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll scan and label thousands of packages per shift, working with speed and accuracy to meet shipping deadlines. You’ll load and unload trucks during off-peak hours, following safety protocols and using pallet jacks or forklifts where trained. You’ll rotate between picking, packing, shelving, and restocking depending on your shift’s focus and volume. You’ll rotate between scanning, loading, unloading, and staging depending on volume and staffing needs. You’ll be expected to lift, slide, and stack packages of varying sizes — from envelopes to oversized boxes. You’ll rotate between freezer zones, coolers, and staging areas based on shipment schedules and workload. You’ll work independently for much of your shift, requiring good focus, time management, and personal accountability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help assemble product kits, promotional displays, or special packaging orders when required.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay punctual, focused, and ready to work physically throughout the shift.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles according to schedules and procedures.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist in unloading trucks, staging pallets, and preparing outgoing shipments based on route schedules.
• Capable of performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving stock discrepancies with minimal supervision.
• Thrives in structured, goal-driven environments where teamwork and consistency matter.
• Comfortable using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), hand trucks, and barcode scanners during daily operations.
• Capable of identifying damaged goods, mislabels, or packaging issues and reporting them promptly.

You’ll be expected to meet fulfillment speed targets, accuracy metrics, and daily quota goals as part of your shift performance. You’ll help with sorting returns, repackaging resalable items, and flagging any damaged or incorrect products for review. You’ll report any temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or packing errors immediately to your supervisor. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse designed for fast movement and digital coordination.
