You’ll help support ongoing legal matters by organizing case notes, reviewing contracts, and conducting structured research. We’ll teach you how to interpret legal language, draft clear contracts, and identify key risks in agreements. You’ll participate in reviewing agreements, flagging potential risks, and learning how clauses protect business interests. Expect to help prepare for meetings, court filings, or negotiations by organizing facts and gathering legal precedents. We’ll walk you through the legal reasoning behind clauses, compliance rules, and standard corporate legal practices. We’ll walk you through professional legal writing — from formal letters to structured memos that present strong arguments. You’ll learn how to create legal memos, support client communication, and double-check compliance procedures. We’ll show you how lawyers communicate clearly, ethically, and confidently with both clients and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, investments, or real estate transactions as needed.
• Prepare cases by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and building strong arguments.
• Work closely with internal teams or external clients to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Use legal tech tools to manage case files, research, or time tracking efficiently.

Preferred:

• Skilled in legal research, case law analysis, and applying precedents to support arguments.
• Familiar with legal databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or local legal portals.
• Open to continuous legal education, seminars, or certifications to deepen expertise.
