Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build meaningful partnerships, not just send mass emails. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and connecting with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience. You’ll scout influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — always with relevance, not just reach, in mind. You’ll use social platforms, databases, and your own instincts to find talent before they hit everyone’s radar. You’ll keep a clear pipeline of contacts, follow-ups, confirmed partnerships, and pending deals. You’ll track responses, follow up strategically, and keep clear records of all conversations in our CRM or tracker. You’ll negotiate deals, handle logistics, and make sure creators have everything they need to represent us well. You’ll coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and deliverables. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test website functionality regularly—checking links, buttons, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
• Assist with writing compelling, benefit-driven product descriptions that convert, using clear formatting and SEO keywords.
• Communicate clearly and reliably with store owners, marketers, or designers as needed.
• Track and update stock levels or remove underperforming products to keep the catalog fresh and relevant.
• Manage product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy—adding descriptions, pricing, variants, and optimized images.

Preferred:

• Excited to help scale a modern, remote-friendly online store step by step.
• Basic understanding of how dropshipping works, from supplier to customer delivery.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage product data or order tracking.
• Understands the importance of fast response time and reliable fulfillment.
