Description:

We’re looking for a Web Designer Trainee who’s passionate about digital creativity and eager to learn how to build websites that feel as good as they look — no experience needed, just imagination and a willingness to grow. You’ll assist in designing user-focused websites that are clear, accessible, and aligned with business goals. We’ll teach you how to work with style guides, design systems, and brand guidelines to stay visually consistent. You’ll learn how to structure web content with clarity, balancing whitespace, typography, and visual flow. Expect to work with real content — not lorem ipsum — so you can design around actual user needs and behaviors. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketers to align visuals with content and strategy. We’ll guide you through best practices in responsive design so your work looks great on any device. You’ll participate in feedback sessions where you’ll learn how to iterate quickly and defend your creative choices. You’ll also support the creation of visual assets, icons, and style elements for consistent brand presentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage your workload across multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Turn vague client ideas into structured, beautiful web experiences.
• Test your designs with real users or internal reviews to uncover usability issues.
• Adapt layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop with pixel-perfect precision.
• Design landing pages, e-commerce experiences, or dashboards depending on project needs.

Preferred:

• Familiar with basic HTML/CSS to communicate more effectively with developers.
• Open to feedback and design critique sessions to improve clarity and usability.
• Pays strong attention to alignment, consistency, and visual rhythm in all components.
• Understands how to align web design with SEO, conversion goals, or marketing funnels.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
