We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. No experience? We’ll show you how to position patients correctly, adjust settings for optimal clarity, and work quickly without sacrificing precision. We’ll teach you the full process — from reading imaging orders and prepping rooms to positioning patients and reviewing results with radiologists. We’ll teach you how to protect yourself and others from unnecessary radiation exposure while capturing high-quality diagnostic images. You’ll start with shadowing and hands-on practice in low-pressure settings until you’re ready to take the lead on simple exams. We’ll teach you the clinical skills — radiation safety, image capture, equipment handling — all while reminding you that kindness matters just as much. Here, you won’t just press buttons — you’ll help keep the entire diagnostic process moving. You’ll rotate through ERs, ICU, and general diagnostics, learning how to adapt to different workflows and patient needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adjust equipment settings based on body type, movement, or special health conditions.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for unexpected urgent cases.
• Operate X-ray, CT, or MRI equipment with precision and care to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Double-check imaging orders to confirm the correct body part and procedure before scanning.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.

Preferred:

• Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures complete privacy and confidentiality for all patients.
• Open to working in a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
• Willing to support portable imaging procedures in ICU, ER, or bedside situations.
• Wants to grow into roles like CT/MRI Technologist, Imaging Lead, or Radiology Department Supervisor.
• Trained in infection control practices, patient lifting techniques, and standard precautions.
