Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager for the night shift — someone who thrives when the floor is quiet but the pressure is still on. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll oversee a lean team, balancing productivity, safety, and calm leadership in a low-noise, high-focus environment. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll coach your team like a leader, not a boss — pushing for performance while keeping morale high. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll manage labor scheduling to optimize resource utilization without compromising output or morale.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Support warehouse software rollouts or upgrades by training staff and ensuring data integrity throughout transitions.
• Regularly inspect warehouse conditions and enforce housekeeping standards to avoid hazards and clutter.
• Maintain morale and productivity by fostering a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.

Preferred:

• Can manage labor budgets, shift planning, and productivity forecasts.
• Capable of supervising, training, and scheduling warehouse staff for different shifts.
• Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
• Understands logistics processes and can coordinate with transportation and procurement teams.
• Experience overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
