Description:

We’re seeking a Remote CRM Specialist who can bring order, structure, and intelligence to our customer data ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving our CRM system so our teams can move faster and smarter. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll ensure our sales and marketing funnels are fully aligned and flowing without friction. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. Basic Qualifications:

• Be the internal “CRM champion” who answers questions, solves problems, and advocates for better processes.
• Pull reports and dashboards for leadership teams on sales performance, customer retention, and engagement trends.
• Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer data.
• Manage role-based access controls to ensure users only see what they need and protect sensitive data.

Preferred:

• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
• Familiar with segmentation, tagging, and filtering contacts for targeted outreach.
• Has experience integrating CRMs with tools like Slack, Zapier, or Google Sheets.
• Knows how to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales or marketing teams.
